Transforming temples is about sharing truth from God’s Word to transform you into the person God has created you to be. In doing so, you live a rich and fulfilling life, peace within, and unspeakable joy. You begin to experience the miracles from God. So why are we missing the mark? Why is the church not fulfilling its calling, its God-given purpose? This is such a burden on my heart and this is why I am speaking to you right now.

Church, we have been fighting one another, gossiping, political fighting causing division, and just downright, not loving one another. Now, I know we can do better. Satan is extremely busy right. He loves what he is doing and you are allowing it. Look, now is the time to bow on your knees, get serious about your faith. Open your eyes, ears, and heart to obey our FATHER. His commandments are not hard, especially loving all people. We are to be known by our love. We need to stop fighting over worthless things and unite as one body. God is sovereign, He is in control. All we need to do is what He created us to do. Seek Him, His will, His ways.

If we are truly in Christ, we are reading the bible, praying regularly. If you are doing these things then your focus is right where it needs to be. The problem is, far too many are focused on the world, politics, controlling people, money, and any worldly behavior. You know what I am talking about. You see it every day.

There is no way we should fear our circumstances, man, politics, or anything if we truly trust God and what His Word says. In Psalm 103 we have blessings and provision over anything and everything in life. “Bless the Lord, O my soul, And forget not all His benefits: Who forgives all your iniquities, Who heals all your diseases, Who redeems your life from destruction, Who crowns you with lovingkindness and tender mercies, Who satisfies your mouth with good things, So that your youth is renewed like the eagles.” Psalm 103:2-5.

If we stop focusing on what other people are doing and place that attention on serving, praising, and glorifying God in how we live and what we do we find we have no time to fret over the world. We need soldiers prepared to stand for Jesus. Equipping yourself means letting go of your other gods and getting to know the One true God by taking the time to read and communicate intimately with Him every day, then go out to apply it.

So, think about this message that God has prepared for you through a willing vessel He chose to use. How is he using you today? Take heed and let us begin to love like Jesus, walk like Jesus, and serve like Jesus. When the church does this we can change the world.

Right now, today let’s be intentional. Love everyone, that means the sweet child in another country, the person that voted different from you, and the person who is most difficult or who hates you, the one who oppresses you because of your skin tone. It’s essential, so much so that Jesus made it the second command! When we love others, we are being the hands and feet of Jesus. Are you living out your calling, to be a living witness of Christ’s love? Are you doing so in every relationship, in difficult circumstances, in suffering, and to ALL people? If not, bow on your knees with a genuine heart and ask God to help you. If you are living your life to glorify God in all do, then do deeper.
